Kazancompressormash recognized as a Laureate of the 100 Best Goods of Russia contest

The products of Kazancompressormash (part of HMS Group) were recognized as the Laureate of the federal contest “100 Best Goods of Russia” and the Laureate of the Republican contest “Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan” in the “Industrial and Technical Products” nomination.

Idel – a 6.3 MW capacity Idel electric-driven gas pumping unit (EGPU) designed by specialists of NIITurbokompressor (HMS Group) was recognized as a winner of both federal and republican contests by the decision of the expert commission. The unit is designed for compression of natural gas at compressor stations and its transportation through supply pipelines. The Idel EGPU is equipped with a unique drive electric motor of domestic production and is characterized by high reliability, long motor life, low capital and operating costs, high degree of automation, simple design and high maintainability. These advantages allowed the electric drive gas pumping unit ‘Idel’ to be included in the Register of products recommended for implementation at PJSC Gazprom facilities.

Interest in the contest “100 Best Goods of Russia” is steadily growing for more than 25 years. In 2024, 184 products and services from 124 enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented in the federal stage of the contest. Kazancompressormash is a permanent participant of the competition, annually confirms the technical and process capabilities of the enterprise, as well as the demand and competitiveness of the manufactured compressor equipment.
