Kazancompressormash manufactured a compressor unit for Slavneft-YANOS

Kazancompressormash, a member of HMS Group, manufactured and shipped compressor equipment for the delayed coking unit under construction at SLAVNEFT-YANOS.

K-101 compressor unit based on 7GC1-765/1-15 centrifugal compressor with the 765 m³/min capacity and 1.5 MPa output pressure was developed by specialists of NIIturbokompressor (HMS Group) and is designed for rich gas compression in the delayed coking unit of the deep oil refining complex of Slavneft-YANOS. The compression casing is an eight-stage, double-section centrifugal machine with a horizontal split, one gas intercooler. This is the first project where a 7-base casing has been used to pump grease gas. The horizontally split cylinder is the most preferable for rich gas and also simplifies inspection and repair of flow parts, bearings and seals.

In April, the unit successfully passed factory acceptance tests, during which all the declared characteristics were confirmed.

In the course of work on this project, within the framework of the import substitution program, domestic components were used: gas dynamic sealing system, automated control system, oil coolers, valve and gearbox. NACE compliant steels are used in the compressor casing construction.

Kazancompressormash and NIIturbokompressor have many years of joint experience in the design, manufacture and supply of compressor equipment for oil and gas refining and petrochemical enterprises. Earlier before, a stationary refrigeration unit and a TAKAT screw compressor unit were supplied to Slavneft Oil Company.
