On December 7, as part of the business program of the Tatarstan Engineering Forum (Kazan Expo IEC, Kazan), the winners and prize-winners of the “Best Mentoring Practices in the Republic of Tatarstan 2021” competition were awarded. The contest is being held in the republic since 2019 and is aimed at identifying and disseminating best practices of mentoring in order to improve labor productivity.
Kazancompressormash was awarded the honorable 2nd place in the “Mentoring in youth professional development” nomination. The company took part in the competition program with the “Labor Productivity” project, aimed at reducing staff turnover and building an image of an attractive employer. The members of the Expert Council highly appreciated the project, within the framework of which, thanks to the formation of a personnel reserve, introduction of a mentoring system, creation of conditions for improving the professional level of promising specialists, practical training at the plant for students of secondary and higher education and adaptation of young specialists of the enterprise, Kazancompressormash has formed a stable labor team consisting of qualified employees.
